Concessions and Taco Meat Information

Below you will find a schedule of which players/parents are bringing desserts for which tournaments. If you have any questions or issues with this schedule, please let us know via email: spooneryouthvolleyball@gmail.com. Also, you are more than welcome to bring something to a 2^nd tournament if you would like. All profits from the concessions go back to the volleyball program. Please label any containers clearly with your name.

 

**We are also in need of 4 coolers and 7 crockpots. We would need these by Friday, after 3:15 pm. They could also be brought to practices on Tuesday and Thursday. Please let us know if you have one of these, and are willing to let us use them for the 3 tournaments. Also, please make sure it is clearly labeled with your name.**

 

April 30^th -

Parents & Players invited to help set up - Friday, 4/29. HS 3:15-5:30, MS 5:30-done

Bars, cookies, or puppy chow – ALL 4^th and 5^th grade families

• Bring to practice on Thursday, 4/28 or to the HS after 3:15 on Friday, 4/29. You may bag up one brownie, 3 cookies, or a cup of puppy chow per bag if you would like. Otherwise we will have sandwich bags available.

Taco Meat (no dessert) – Alicia Warner, Richard Rhea, Allison Allatt, Candita Flatten

• Taco meat may be brought to the HS after 3:15 on Friday, 4/29 or by 8:30 on Saturday, 4/30

Concessions working schedule coming soon. (At Tuesday's practice) The playing schedules will be posted at www.sasdvolleyball.blogspot.com very soon after this email and also sent home at Tuesday's practice.

 

May 7^th –
